(California Consumer Privacy Act – CCPA / California Privacy Rights Act – CPRA)

This Notice at Collection applies to California residents (“consumers”) and describes the categories of personal information RealtyUXE (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects about you, the purposes for which we collect and use it, and your rights under the CCPA/CPRA. 1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the preceding 12 months (and ongoing), we have collected and may continue to collect the following categories of personal information from California consumers (as defined in CCPA § 1798.140(v)):

• Identifiers (e.g., name, email address, phone number if provided, IP address, device identifiers).  
• Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., browser type, operating system, pages visited, time/date of access, referring/exit pages).  
• Geolocation data (inferred from IP address; precise geolocation only if embedded in uploaded photos and not stripped).  
• Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information (e.g., photos, images, or media you upload for AI enhancement, which may include embedded metadata like timestamps or location).  
• Professional or employment-related information (e.g., business/company name if provided in listing submissions).  
• Inferences drawn from the above (e.g., AI-generated insights from uploaded media or listing details for enhancement purposes).

We do not collect sensitive personal information (as defined in CCPA § 1798.140(ae)) such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation beyond inference, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric data for unique identification—except potentially incidentally in user-uploaded photos (e.g., if photos depict people or protected characteristics; we encourage you not to include such content without consents).

2. Categories of Sources from Which We Collect Personal Information 

• Directly from you (e.g., forms, uploads, communications).  
• Automatically from your device/browser (e.g., logs, cookies).  
• Third parties (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection).

3. Business or Commercial Purposes for Collecting and Using Personal Information
We collect and use the categories above for one or more of the following purposes:  

• To provide, maintain, support, and improve our Service (including AI-powered photo enhancement and buyer experience features).  
• To process and respond to your submissions, inquiries, or requests (e.g., waitlist signup, listing uploads).  
• For security, fraud detection/prevention, and debugging.  
• For short-term transient use (e.g., temporary processing of uploaded photos).  
• To comply with legal obligations.  
• For internal research, analytics, and service improvement (in de-identified or aggregated form where possible).

4. Disclosure of Personal Information
In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed personal information to the following categories of third parties for business purposes (not for their own commercial use):  

• Service providers and contractors (e.g., hosting, AI processing infrastructure, payment processors, analytics tools).

We do not sell or share your personal information (as defined under CCPA/CPRA, including for cross-context behavioral advertising). If this changes, we will update this notice and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.

5. Your California Privacy Rights
California residents have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA (subject to verification and certain exceptions):  

• Right to know: Request details about categories/specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell/share.  
• Right to delete: Request deletion of your personal information (with exceptions, e.g., needed for legal compliance).  
• Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.  
• Right to limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information: If we use sensitive PI beyond permitted purposes.  
• Right to opt-out of sale/sharing: Not currently applicable (no sale/sharing).  
• Right not to be discriminated against: For exercising rights.

We will verify your identity (e.g., via email confirmation or other reasonable methods) before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization. We respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days if needed).We do not discriminate against consumers who exercise CCPA rights.

6. Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Opt-Out Preference Signals
We honor opt-out preference signals like Global Privacy Control where technically feasible. If you use a browser or extension sending such a signal, we process it as an opt-out request for sale/sharing (if applicable).
