RealtyUXE (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “RealtyUXE”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit our website at https://realtyuxe.com/ (including any subdomains), use our services, submit listings, sign up for our waitlist, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Service”).By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:a. Information You Provide Directly 

• Contact and account information: When you sign up for the waitlist, create an account, or submit a listing, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company/business name, and any other details you voluntarily submit through forms.  
• Listing-related information: Property details, descriptions, photos, addresses, pricing, and other content you upload or input for AI enhancement (which may include personal information if contained in the listing).  
• Communications: Information you provide when contacting us (e.g., via email or support inquiries).

b. Automatically Collected Information 

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, time and date of access, referring/exit pages, and other standard server log information.  
• Cookies and similar technologies: We may use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies for functionality, analytics, and performance (see Section 7 below).  
• Third-party services: The Service uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and abuse, which collects hardware/software information, IP address, and interaction data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

c. AI-Related Data
Any text, images, or other inputs you provide for AI enhancement (e.g., property descriptions or buyer-matching features) may be processed by our AI systems. We may use such inputs to improve and train our models, subject to de-identification where feasible and compliance with applicable laws.We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, health data) and ask that you not provide such information.

d. Listing Media and AI Processing Data
When you upload photos or other media for AI enhancement, we collect and process:  

• The uploaded files themselves (including any embedded metadata such as EXIF data, timestamps, or geolocation if present);  
• Technical data generated during processing (e.g., enhancement parameters, intermediate files, or AI analysis outputs like object detection or scene understanding);  
• The resulting enhanced images or media we generate and return to you.

This may incidentally include personal information if your photos depict identifiable individuals (e.g., faces in property interiors), though we encourage you not to upload media containing people without necessary consents/releases. 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:  

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including AI-enhanced features for buyer experience).  
• Process listing submissions and associated fees.  
• Communicate with you (e.g., respond to inquiries, provide updates about your waitlist/account/listings).  
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.  
• Analyze usage trends and optimize the Service.  
• Comply with legal obligations.  
• With your consent, for other purposes we disclose at the time of collection.

Additional Uses for Listing Media
In addition to general uses, we use Listing Media and related data to:  

• Perform AI-powered photo enhancement and related processing;  
• Deliver enhanced results to you via your account or downloads;  
• Temporarily store files during processing (files are typically deleted automatically within [insert timeframe, e.g., 24–72 hours] after processing completes, unless retained for account features, backups, or legal reasons);  
• Improve Service functionality (e.g., analytics on enhancement quality), but only in de-identified or aggregated form;  
• Comply with legal obligations or respond to disputes regarding your submissions.

We do not use your uploaded photos or enhanced outputs to train or improve our AI models for general/third-party use without your separate explicit opt-in consent. Processing occurs on secure servers, potentially with trusted third-party AI/infrastructure providers bound by data protection obligations. 

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these limited circumstances:  

• Service providers: With vendors who assist us (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processors, AI infrastructure providers), under contracts requiring them to protect your data.  
• Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data Retention – Additional for Media
Uploaded Listing Media and processing artifacts are retained only as long as necessary:  

• Temporarily during active enhancement (deleted shortly after delivery);  
• Longer if part of an active account/listing for re-access or updates (you can request deletion);  
• As required for legal, compliance, or security purposes (e.g., fraud prevention or dispute resolution).

After retention periods, media is securely deleted or anonymized. 

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as:  

• Access, correction, or deletion of your data.  
• Opting out of certain processing (e.g., marketing emails).  
• Withdrawing consent where processing is consent-based.
